From creator/writer Tim Kring (NBC's "Crossing Jordan") comes the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated "Heroes," an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities. Season three highlights include: Matt has a baby; Sylar is thought to be dead; Angela is taken back to 1961; Claire and her mom help Alex escape; Claire reveals to her mom, Sandra, what her dad, HRG, and her are really doing; Hiro travels back in time; Sylar tries to hang himself.
30 Rock, Season Three
Hailed by Entertainment Weekly as not only "the best comedy on TV this year" but "simply the best TV," the Emmy Award-winning comedy "30 Rock" is told through the comedic voice of Golden Globe winner Tina Fey ("Liz Lemon") and features Golden Globe winner Alec Baldwin ("Jack Donaghy") as a top network executive and Tracy Morgan ("Tracy Jordan") as the unpredictable star of Lemon's hit variety show, "TGS with Tracy Jordan." Lemon constantly has her hands full, juggling corporate interference from Donaghy and off-the-handle star antics from Jordan, all while attempting to salvage her own personal life. The Office, Season Five:
A fly-on-the-wall "docu-reality" parody about modern American office life, "The Office" delves into the lives of the workers at Dunder Mifflin paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Regional manager Michael Scott (Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominee Steve Carell, "Get Smart," "Little Miss Sunshine") is a single, middle-aged man who is the boastful tour guide for the documentary. Season five highlights include: the Scranton branch participates in a weight loss challenge against other branches; Holly gets transferred and Toby returns; Dwight challenges Andy for Angela’s love; Stanley has a heart attack; Michael gives his two weeks notice to corporate; Michael and his team launch the Michael Scott Paper Company.
